Great family hotel that is fantastic value for money, just need to spend some time on really cleaning the bathrooms then

Superb location, great value for money, good variety of food at the buffet.

The cleaning of the rooms in particular or the bathrooms was below what I would expect they need a good scrubbing and a reset, Mike in corners and discoloured dirty grout.

Overall, pleasant. Where 1 issue didn't meet expectation another area exceeded it.

The staff goes above and beyond and made every effort to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The room was not quite up to the expectations of what I would expect with America's standards, but the room was I believe in line for a small island's accommodations. The food would be nice to have more variety throughout the week. After staying there for a week, the meal options were predictable and expected. Overall, the experience was suitable.

The room itself, had some maintenance issues, but nothing that made me forced to switch rooms. I just felt there maintenance and repair standards could use a higher standard.

Friendly Rhodes pampered us again

Friendly staff, they were always with a big smile greeting us where ever we went. We had a swim-up room and it was so easy just to dip into pool whenever needed. Everything worked just fine and can’t complain.

Rooms are a bit outdated but still confy. Location a bit isolated from activities but as it is AI - you don’t really need to go anywhere.

Very Good

It is in a very nice location. The rooms are cleaned regularly every day. The staff is very attentive, especially NEVİ at the reception, he made us feel at home, I would like to thank him very much from here. The variety of food is limited, to be honest, I only drank beer as alcohol but I had to buy it from the market because I did not like it, I did not like that the beer was served in paper cups, it is also bad that there are no staff to take care of the sunbeds and the sea even though the hotel is right next to the beach. Other than that, everything is very nice, you can go with your family, it is a very peaceful environment.

Lovely, and I will be returning again later in September for work.

It was lovely and convenient for the airport, it is friendly and welcoming and a lovely location, not that i used the facilities but they looked nice!

The curtains or lack of them. It was hard to sleep because the light shining in the room. That is my only criticism, it is fine for work but if I was on holiday for a week it would drive me crazy!

Lovely hotel, could be updated but great for the price

Much better than the tripadvisor reviews, the hotel was kept very clean, the staff were friendly and happy to help and the entertainment was always funny to watch even if we didn’t participate. Pool was very clean and easy access to a nearby beach. Food okay nothing amazing but perfectly fine with lots of choices and always fresh bread and salad etc available. It is on a flight path but we knew this when booking and personally it didn’t bother us.

A small thing but it would be nice to see mattress protectors on the beds, sometimes our sheet came off and it felt a little unclean to be touching the mattress. Sunbeds could also be updated, most of them are fine but more are broken than there should be. Overall nothing that would ruin our stay and for the price we thought it was good value for money!

Friendly staff, hardworking. Nice location. Private pool was great. Water was cold in end of September but not unusable. Loved the island, Rhodes old town, grand master, Lindos.

we didn't like the food taste, though you get all kind of meat. Taste could have been better. Also apart from beer and wine, you have to pay for cocktails, not included in all-inclusive. Wish pool bar also has snacks and hot mini foods. There isn't kids menu, so my toddler spent almost all the time eating French fries, icecream. Rhodes disappointed us with their limited public transport, which is like 1 bus every 30mins. It's not bad, but I expected better public facilities. May I'm being more German here. We were rushed in Lindos, where we had to stay in long queue for 30 mins. Administration should communicate better that those who have online ticket can go up directly; most of us in queue have already bought ticket online (note that the official websites design are 10years old)

Great! Nice personel, tasty food. Also some shortcomigs, but they haven't affected much our stay.

The hotel is really okay. Good place to chill. Clean and enjoyable. + the garden was pretty! Many flowers and trees out there + there was in fact 1 pool available for all guests, big enough and really clean + the room was good enough (only those ones with a sea view were well placed) + food was tasty! Many dishes and long timeframes to eat. Local wine, some beer and coffee/tea available + there were 2 bars and many drinks to choose + ADDITIONALY, we've received free 15min massage vouchers, there were free pool towel and many sunbeds to take. We also could stay around for few hours, after checking out

The hotel need some little fixes, like: - damaged pool ladder - broken towel bar in our bathroom - some of windows in a room were dirty - poor gym (like 2-3 treadmills and 2-3 other things, nothing special) - food was tasty, but every day pretty similar There are airplanes (every 30-45min) directly above the hotel. It was nice to observe them for first few days, but then we were a bit exhausted with the noise. The nearest beach wasn't really good. There is a street (not busy) between hotel and a beach! It isn't showed at any hotel's photo :) The beach is like 5-meters wide and there's just nothing much to do there but swimming with almost no people around. For wider place you have to go a bit further.

Very Good

The staff were helpful and moved us to a sunnier room. The swim up room. The relaxed nature of the hotel. Closeness to airport. Rooms very clean and well equipped. All of the staff were very friendly. Qaulity of food and drinks. Lovely grounds.

Loud dance music playing at times around the pool and one evening. Very little entertainment in the evening. Little at the resort and only a small rocky beach.
